Tanning pills may appear to be harmless, but contain an additive that has not been approved by the FDA. Tanning makeup does not contain sunscreen so will provide no protection.
# Keep an eye on your skin. Keep an eye on any birthmarks, moles or spots and if you notice any changes in the size, shape or color consult your doctor. Fair-skinned people are advised to have an annual skin check.
